Mr. Kim has experience in rate setting, reserving, actuarial projections, plan benefit analysis, claims cost table development, and statistical modeling in a variety of market settings including commercial major medical health insurance, government programs, and supplemental health insurance. He also has extensive experience in a variety of computer languages, databases, and actuarial programming environments, including GGY AXIS.

Mr. Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
